What happens during the first online consultation?

It is an introduction and the first safe step. We calmly talk about what brought you here, what is troubling you now, and what you want to change. I ask clarifying questions to better understand your situation, and you ask any questions that are important to you.

How many sessions are needed to resolve the issue?

It is individual: sometimes 5–10 sessions are enough for a specific issue, while other times long-term therapy is needed.

How is a psychologist different from a psychiatrist?

Do you work with couples online?

No, I specialize in individual therapy. For couples, I can recommend trusted colleagues.

Is it possible to receive remote support anonymously?

Yes, I guarantee full confidentiality. No recordings, no third parties.

How can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Notify at least 24 hours in advance – the prepayment can be rescheduled. Less than 24 hours – the prepayment is non-refundable.
