I am a professional psychologist with over 5 years of experience. I work using Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychotherapy, and incorporate a psychosomatic approach in addressing emotional states and relationships.
I believe that every person has inner resources for change and growth. My role is to help you discover these resources, strengthen your inner resilience, and learn to use it in everyday life.
I continually enhance my qualifications, undergo supervision, and participate in professional training programs and communities.

Consultations are held online via video (Telegram or Zoom) and in-person at a comfortable office in Kyiv. Each session lasts 60 minutes. The first session is an introduction, clarifying your needs, concerns, and expectations. After that, we set goals and choose a pace of work that is comfortable for you.

- First session: Introduction and goal setting
- Conditions: Quiet, privacy, stable internet connection
During the consultation, we work one-on-one: no recordings and no other participants present.
- Payment: 24 hours before the session
- No session without prepayment
- Cancellation: Less than 24 hours’ notice — prepayment is non-refundable
- Late arrival: The session ends at the scheduled time
If I need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
